Fennel & Chilli Sauerkraut


Fresh fennel brings this sauerkraut to life, with a quiet flash of chilli and a depth of flavour only fermented vegetables can offer. It’s perfect with our Turmeric Almond Butter, in a classic cheese sandwich or with scrambled eggs. My advice to anyone who hasn’t discovered how delicious sauerkraut is, would be to enjoy it wherever you would use tomato sauce or chutney. My sauerkraut is naturally raw and fermented in small batches, so the flavour will continue to develop with age and may differ between batches.
